Dr. Steven Steinberg

Dr. Steven Steinberg speaks to people across the nation, providing them with the necessary tools to discover their deepest values and incorporate them into their life and work. As a dentist, he owned and operated a private practice for 25 years before the onset of Parkinson’s disease forced him to retire. Since then and for the last ten years, Dr. Steinberg has been speaking publicly as “The Values Doctor.” Some of his recent lectures include Science and Values, Treating Tooth Decay with Medicine Instead of a Drill, and Creating Value Using Values.

Both highly educated and also still learning, Dr. Steinberg has degrees from the University of Chicago and the University of Illinois College of Dentistry. He also received management and leadership training from the Pride Institute in California and has attended seminars featuring Colin Powell and Rudy Giuliani, among others. He lectures with decades of learning and experience, and his listeners regularly attest to the wisdom they hear in his voice.

The values that Dr. Steinberg’s lectures help others discover have also shaped his own life, including those of charity and generosity. He was a volunteer dentist and served on the board of directors for The ARK, a Chicago clinic that provides free social and medical services to impoverished members of the Jewish community, for over 20 years.

He has devoted his life and his work to improving the lives of others, and his book Light, Love, Life, Shalom is yet another step in the right direction as he leads readers toward true happiness.
